The award show is an immersive celebration that envelops Paris or Madrid each year. We seamlessly merged meticulously crafted animations of the iconic Laureus trophy into the vibrant tapestry of the environments for each ceremony from 2023 to 2026.
COLOUR THEORY
A regal colour palette has been engaged to reflect the ambience of the city. It was applied to the Category and Nominee headers, providing a visual framework for the show and creating a distinct identity for each years event.
The Laureus trophy is considered one of the most prestigious honours in the world of sports, and receiving it signifies an athlete or team’s outstanding performance and contribution to their respective sport. It has become an internationally recognised symbol of sporting excellence and achievement.
The annual ceremony recognises exceptional achievements in sports. Held in the beautiful cities of Paris and Madrid, the brand was to be embedded within the very fabric of the cities, emblazoned across the many heritage sites and historic buildings.
